Ordering & Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Every Ballroom Monk product is a custom piece, made to order just for you. Our delivery time is composed of two parts:

  • Fulfillment Time (2–5 business days): This is the time we take to create, print, and package your unique item.

  • Shipping Time: This is the time your order is in transit. It varies depending on your location.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will always do our best to help you with any tracking issues!

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer clear, fair shipping rates to all regions. Please see our Shipping Policy for a full list of countries and prices.


Products, Sizing & Care

1. How do I choose the right size?
This is very important! Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
To ensure a perfect fit, please look for the size chart on each product page. We highly recommend measuring a favorite t-shirt you own and comparing its dimensions to our chart.

2. How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your designs vibrant, we recommend machine washing cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the longest life. Please do not iron the print.


Returns & Cancellations

1. What is your return policy?
We only replace items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. For our complete policy, please visit our Refund Policy.

2. What if my item is damaged or has a print error?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us at ballroommonk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to arrange a free replacement for you.

3. Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be canceled if it has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. As our fulfillment process is automated, this window can be very short. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible.
